PAUL WENTWORTH, associate

MR. WENTWORTH is committed to providing high-quality representation to his clients concentrating on general liability defense on behalf of national insurance carriers and private commercial clients. At the firm, Paul has defended negligence claims including premises liability, property damage, construction litigation, and claims that have risen under Civil Right Act Section 1983. Prior to joining Brody & Branch, he worked for a well-established asbestos litigation firm in New York City.

Paul obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School (Brooklyn, NY). While at Brooklyn Law School, Paul prepared himself for a career in litigation by taking a New York practice-oriented course load. During law school, he studied for one semester at Bucerius Law School (Hamburg, Germany) in a program focusing on international business law. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Emmanuel College (Boston, MA), graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science, minoring in Mathematics and Information Technology. Additionally, Paul completed a Graduate Diploma program in Political Science at the University of Iceland (Reykjavik, Iceland).

When not in the office, Paul enjoys reading, practicing blues guitar, playing basketball, and trying to teach himself Italian.
