ALEXANDER SHINDLER, associate

MR. SHINDLER’S practice concentrates on general negligence claims including premises liability, negligent security and motor vehicle accidents. Alex also assists in complex construction litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Alex worked for well-established plaintiff law firms in New York City. Alex has successfully litigated a wide range of cases from inception through trial involving premises liability, negligent security, construction accidents, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents and general negligence cases. Further, Mr. Shindler is well versed in general civil rights violations. His extensive experience as a plaintiff’s litigator bolsters his ability to advocate complex personal injury matters and achieve favorable results for his clients.

Alex lives in Brooklyn, New York, with his wife. He is fluent in Russian from his upbringing in the Ukraine and continues to have close ties to the Russian community. Alex aided many victims of Hurricane Sandy by providing pro bono guidance, filing claims and advising them about recovery efforts in the community. During law school, he was the President of the International Law Society and received a Certificate in International Law.
